Posing for a million photos. Yes, yes, yes – NO! NO! And I’m spent.
Oh! Excuse me, dear reader—I didn’t see you there. I was just getting in a little photo shoot before filling you in on my latest ventures.
When we left off, I had just assumed my new role as NUVEW’s greatest vigilante, fearlessly defending my aunties from suspicious-looking rodents. I have really been coming into my own, and I am proud to say that the last week has been relatively peaceful. My aunties haven’t had any strange encounters, and that devious squirrel has kept his distance. Because of this, I have been able to focus on more important things, like perfecting my photo poses.
As I’ve said before, being an office dog comes with many responsibilities, and when you’re a French Bulldog as handsome and dashing as I am, one of those responsibilities is letting the world see your stunning good looks. I am constantly being called away from my important napping sessions to strike a pose for various social media posts and marketing materials. But hey, it’s all in a day’s work.
One of my personal favorite poses is the classic head tilt. It shows off my adorable wrinkles and gives off an air of curiosity and intelligence—both traits I possess in abundance. Another go-to is the “puppy eyes” look, perfect for tugging on the heartstrings of potential clients.
Of all my go-to poses, my all-time favorite pose is the “tongue out and smiling” shot. It perfectly captures my playful and joyful nature while showcasing my impeccable dental hygiene (thanks to my daily brushing routine). Plus, it’s just plain cute.
But let me tell you, posing for photos is no easy task. It takes skill, determination, and a willingness to endure endless treats and belly rubs. And don’t even get me started on the outfits! While I do look quite dapper in my collars and bandanas, sometimes they can be a little restricting when striking the perfect pose.
Plus, not all photoshoots are what they’re cracked up to be. For example, I recently had to do a photoshoot with a piece of asparagus. Now tell me – who in their right mind decided asparagus was an appealing vegetable to do a photoshoot with?! I am a stunning little man, but there’s only so much my face can do to make asparagus look good.
But despite the challenges, I am always up for a good photoshoot. Because at the end of the day, it’s all about showing off my charming and lovable personality to the world. And who knows, maybe one of these days I’ll even land a modeling gig with some big brand (I’m looking at you, Gucci) and make one million—no, I mean one hundred billion—dollars.
So, dear reader, if you ever come across an adorable French Bulldog on your social media feed or in a marketing campaign, just remember – that’s probably me. And trust me when I say it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get those picture-perfect shots. But hey, I’m always here to help out my beloved aunties.
Until next time, stay groovy, baby.
