- Responsive design. We cannot stress the importance of responsive design enough. This critical feature refers to a website’s ability to automatically adapt when accessed on screens of different sizes (i.e. a smartphone vs. a desktop). Websites that do not automatically adapted are unfriendly to mobile users and will suffer the consequences – including not being recognized by Google’s algorithms and a shortened customer visit.
- Easy to navigate pages. To enhance the user experience and keep potential customers on your website longer, as well as to increase the potential that these customers are converted from visitors to leads, a website must be easy to navigate. A website that is not easy to navigate, but is instead frustrating and confusing, will leave the user overwhelmed and dissatisfied, resulting in an early departure.
