As NUVEW’s VP of Employee Engagement, Willow takes her responsibilities very seriously, even if no one is entirely sure who assigned them to her. Behind that adorable face is a determined little Frenchie with boundless enthusiasm, absolutely no concept of personal space, and an unwavering belief that every gathering is better with her in attendance. She has yet to encounter a situation she couldn’t improve with her involvement, whether that involvement was requested or not.
Willow takes a particularly hands-on approach to her responsibilities, especially when it comes to Winston. She’s appointed him her best friend, favorite playmate, and constant companion. Winston apparently wasn’t consulted on the arrangement. While he occasionally retreats to an undisclosed location for some peace and quiet, Willow considers these temporary disappearances an unfortunate lack of commitment on his part.
Willow remains completely convinced that everyone adores her, particularly Winston. And if he hasn’t quite reached that conclusion himself, she’s more than willing to spend every waking moment helping him get there. After all, it’s only a matter of time before he realizes what she’s known all along: life is simply better with Willow in it.
